• Our retail outlet operating hours are: Mondays - Sundays: 10am to 10:00pm.Our delivery is in operation 24 hours.
• We provide 24 hours delivery at Penang, Bukit Mertajam, Prai, Seberang Jaya, Kulim, Tambun, Juru, etc.
• For delivery time after 7pm, order must be completed on the same day before 6pm.
• We provide FREE delivery for the first delivery attempt. There will be re-delivery or re-location charge of RM30 for any subsequent delivery attempt.
• Isabell Florist is not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. If you are the customer, you are to ensure that the recipient (or someone who is able to receive the item on behalf) will be at the location on the date given on the order form for delivery. If there is a contact phone number on the order form. Isabell Florist will contact the recipient unless we were instructed not to do so. If there is no phone number provided on the order form, the Isabell Florist will attempt to deliver the gift on the specified delivery date at the specified location. If the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made, we may put the gilfts at the recipient's friends, colleague, neighbour, family members, security guard after verify the person identity. In case the situation really not allow us to pass to strangers, we may bring the gift back to the shop. Additional delivery charges will apply if the we have to deliver the gift more than once. Alternatively, the recipient may have to collect the gift at our premise.
• Recipient's mobile contact number should be given in case if we encountered problems locating the delivery location or the recipient.
• Orders for same day delivery must be submitted before 10:00am, after which the delivery will be after 7pm evening.
• There will be NO additional surcharge for delivery during Sundays and public holidays.
• Heads up to us if customer is undetermine, undecide, unsure, to any policy bullet.
