Thank you for ordering your flowers from www.isabellflorist.com . We would like to inform you that orders from this site are subject to the following terms & conditions:

• All prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia .
• Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.
• Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, delivery around Valentine's day have different prices.
• Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted; we can only process your order upon receipt of payment.
• Cancellation can only be done 48 hours before the time of delivery. After 48 hours, the full amount will be charged.
• Please provide all details asked for in our order form so as to avoid unnecessary delay.
• www.isabellflorist.com will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 2 hour range for delivery. However, we will try to accommodate delivery at exact timing as far as possible.
• All information kept by us will be strictly confidential and kept in an off-line environment and restricted access to certain staff only.
• As our products are mostly perishable, please revert as soon as possible if there is any concern. All refund requests will be dealt on a case by case basis.
