In some cases, delivery may not be possible within a specific time requested due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control. 

Every order has to be 6 hours prior to the delivery time. If you need to order at the same day, your order should be in the morning before 11am. For same day delivery, please order before 11am for after lunch delivery 2pm-5pm. please order before 6pm for after dinner delivery 8pm-12am. Order received later than 6pm may be considered delivered on the next day. For Special Urgent cases, kindly contact us for the order arrangement, we will try our best to serve you better.
