Terms and Conditions

1. Order must be at least 2 weeks before the occasion.
2. Please make sure complete details above are given in order to obtain quotation. If the information is incompleted, we will contact you to understand your request.
3. Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit card, paypal.
4. Our respective floral design team are only working for 1 venue per day. If the ordered date is booked by another customer, we will not accept another customer order.
5. Our floral design team are experience and professional. Customers have to trust our floral expertise and competency during floral arrangment process. If there is any feedback. Please feel free to email us.
6. The final quoation will include transportation cost, labour cost and floral design cost.
